The Powwow Guy

I've taught Powwow to many folks over the years, but this course is different! This six-week course is designed to offer you the history of Powwow from an academic perspective, teach you the development of the tradition within Pennsylvania Dutch culture, and give you the skills and knowledge of how you can bring Powwowing practices to use in your life. 

I've been a practitioner of Powwow for many years, and a student for even longer. I offer this course so that proper information about our tradition will survive and so that our cultural ways will be understood for future generations.

This six-week class includes weekly zoom meetings, email updates and assignments, as well as one-on-one discussion.

The cost of this course is $100 US currency which includes six one-hour weekly zoom classes, personal one-on-one instruction, frequent hand-outs and pdf files, as well as access to information about the Powwow tradition that has never before been published.

The course will begin Monday, May 1st and end Monday, June 5th 2023. The class will be at 6pm EST every Monday for approximately 1 hour, but may run a bit longer... 

Registration will close on Sunday, April 30th at midnight. Payment is due at time of registration. This is a non-refundable payment, but it will be worth it, I promise you. 

This is NOT the same six-week course I taught a few years ago. I've learned much from that experience and have decided to share information that I did not share back then.
